Different Outing Formats Available

When planning your golf outing at Pine Brook Golf Links, you have several formatting options to choose from. Our team is here to assist you in selecting the format that best suits your group’s needs.

One Tee Start:

Ideal for groups of 12 or more golfers, the One Tee Start assigns each foursome a designated tee time, allowing everyone to tee off from the first hole and proceed in order.

Shotgun Starts:

Monday – Thursday Morning Shotgun Starts:

For Monday to Thursday outings, a minimum of 72 paid players is required. Shotgun starts are scheduled for either 8 am or 9 am.

Friday – Sunday Shotgun Starts:

Weekend shotgun outings necessitate a minimum of 100 paid players. Morning shotgun starts are available at 8 am or 9 am, with the option of a 2 pm start for afternoon outings.

Shotgun Policies:

If your outing falls short of the minimum required players for a shotgun start, you have two options: pay in full for the minimum number of golfers and receive gift certificates for those who didn’t play, or switch to a One Tee Start format based on your actual player count.

Outing Pricing:

Weekday: $37 per golfer

Weekend: $41 per golfer

At Pine Brook, our pricing is consistent regardless of the group size, ranging from 20 to 120 players. No deposit is required, and you can modify your outing format up to two weeks in advance.

Scoring:

Typically, outing coordinators and volunteers handle scoring. Upon request, a scorekeeper can be provided for an additional fee of $50. We’re happy to assist with any questions, though scoring responsibilities generally remain with your group.

Event Roster:

Foursome names must be provided to the course at least two days before the outing to prepare necessary documents, tee times, and cart signage.

Pavilions:

Our pavilion area, with seating for up to 200 people, is available for your use at no extra charge.

Food:

We offer full catering services tailored to your preferences and budget. Catering menus are available upon request.

Beverages:

According to Ohio liquor laws, all alcohol sales and distribution on the premises must be handled by Pine Brook Golf Links. Outings may bring their own non-alcoholic beverages to the pavilion, excluding glass bottles. Beverage carts are available upon request and operate on a cash bar basis.

Signage:

Pine Brook will place all hole sponsor and contest signs on the appropriate tee boxes. Contest signs will be provided by the course, except for witnesses required for hole-in-one contests, which must be provided by the outing.

Registration:

Outings are responsible for staffing registration, preferably in the pavilion or patio areas.

Speed of Play:

Outings are expected to maintain a pace of play of 15 minutes per hole. Groups falling behind will be asked to pick up the pace or move to the next hole.

Dress Code:

We are a soft spike facility and ask that golfers refrain from wearing metal cleats, tank tops, or cutoff shirts.

Final Count:

Confirmation of the final number of players is required 48 hours prior to the event, as this will be the number billed on the day of the outing.

Weather Policy:

In case of inclement weather, rainchecks will be issued for all players. Outings may also reschedule for a rain date, subject to course availability.

Cancellation Policy:

Outings can be cancelled with at least 14 days’ notice before the contract date. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior will incur a 25% invoice charge.

Final Payment:

Payment is due on the day of the outing.

*The person signing the contract is responsible for informing all participants of the outing rules and regulations.

*All Beer must be purchased from the course*
